ASTEC Warranty
Today ICC manufactures a broad spectrum of fluid-applied membrane systems for the sustainable restoration of roofs, walls, tanks, piping, ductwork and other industrial surfaces.
Our elastomeric products and component systems provide seamless, waterproof and weather tight barriers, as well as providing high solar reflectivity and dissipation of heat, all while reducing UV light degradation. ASTEC coatings can add advantages to virtually any substrate and lead to maintenance and energy cost reductions.
ASTEC systems for roofs, walls and industrial applications test beyond typical standards for longevity, wind resistance, durability, pliability, abrasion resistance; as well as protection against salt and other chemicals and corrosives.
The ASTEC® RENEWABLE™ labor and material warranty for any ASTEC® RE-Ply™ roof restoration is uniquely renewable and extendable due to the quality of the products used, the correct specification selected and the precise application of that spec by an ASTEC® Authorized Contractor.
Experience has demonstrated that ASTEC® Re-Ply™ Roofs applied accordingly, can be renewed every 10-15 years, sustaining the initial roof investment well beyond typical expectations. Generally, the renewal application is at a substantial savings over the initial ASTEC® Re-Ply™ application.
This makes an ASTEC® Re-Ply™ roof a truly sustainable asset at a diminishing investment.
GE Silicones Applicator Warranty
Project specific warranties are available for GE Silicones construction products. Warranty requirements should be reviewed with a GE Silicones representative prior to project initiation since some warranties require a drawing review, field testing and/or GE laboratory testing.
Standard Material Warranty
The Standard Material Warranty is available for most GE Silicones Construction Products. This warranty is available for new and remedial projects. No proof of adhesion testing is required, however self-performed adhesion testing prior to the start of the project is recommended.
Limited Weatherseal Warranty
Weatherseal Warranty is available for all GE SilPruf, UltraGlaze, SilShield, UltraSpan, RapidStrength and SCS1200 sealants. To obtain this warranty, onsite and/or GE laboratory adhesion testing is required to be performed on production samples. This warranty is available for new and remedial projects.
Limited Structural Adhesion Warranty
This warranty is available for all GE UltraGlaze*, SilPruf SCS2000 and SCS1200 sealants. Structural Adhesion Limited Warranties will not be issued unless a GE Technical Representative has reviewed shop drawings and GE laboratory adhesion and compatibility testing is performed on production samples of metal, glass, gaskets, spacers and setting blocks with type and manufacturer identified. Review and testing is done on a project-by-project basis. No blanket approval is given for structural glazing applications.
Sample warranties are available for each warranty type. Final warranties will not be issued prior to 30 days of substantial project completion.
